Refunds
We offer refunds for items returned within 21 days of purchase. To qualify for a refund:Items must be unused and in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) must be provided.
Refunds will be issued in USD to the original payment method. Please allow up to 7 business days for processing once we receive the returned item.
Store Credit
After the 21-day refund window, items can be returned for store credit only. Store credit does not expire and can be used for future purchases.Exchanges
Unfortunately, we don't offer exchanges right now. If you wish to replace an item, please follow the refund or store credit process and place a new order.Non-Refundable Items
